Our 2010 fresh chestnuts season is now OVER but that doesn't mean you have to stop enjoying chestnuts.  Try our frozen peeled chestnuts in your favourite chestnut recipe or our sweetened puree or even our chestnut flour. Winter is just the time to enjoy a sticky date pudding based on chestnut flour which is not only delicious it's also gluten free. We even have chestnut honey!
