Welcome to the Cheznuts website. The site is for people who love chestnuts and want to experience something beyond hot roasted chestnuts. Whilst we have been growing chestnuts for the past 26 years we are now focused on chestnuts beyond the farm gate and the variety of delicious products that can be made using chestnuts.

On our site is a sample of a few of our products some of which can be purchased on-line but our main product is READY PEELED AND FROZEN AUSTRALIAN CHESTNUTS. These are wonderful to use in any sort of cooking from soups and stuffings right through to desserts. We love them and are sure you will too - they really do make cooking with chestnuts fun and easy. Frozen peeled nuts can't be sent through the post but they are available at a range of stores so please see our "Where to Buy" pages for details.

Chestnut Soup
Now the weather is turning cooler it's a great time to try our new chestnut soups. We've got three different types - 

Chestnut & Pumpkin
Chestnut & Mushroom
Chestnut Minestrone

They are available at all Thomas Dux Grocer stores in Melbourne and Sydney - hot and ready to go from the deli or take some home cold for later. The soups have been made for us by an exclusive caterer and they are just delicious and coupled with a roll make a quick and healthy lunch.

If you prefer to make soup yourself, you can find the recipes on our recipes pages. The soups use our frozen peeled chestnuts (which are also available at Thomas Dux Grocers) so they are really easy and quick to make. Try them now.
